Firstly, to book one of the packages, you’ll need to pay the initial deposit to confirm your space. Once this has been done, you’ll get an email through with the confirmation. If you need to reschedule after we have confirmed the shoot dates, the same deposit will be used. If you cancel 5 or more days prior to the agreed shoot date, the deposit will be refunded to you. If you cancel within 5 days of the agreed shoot date, the deposit will not be refunded.

The deposit will be deducted from the final amount due upon receipt of the first edit of your showreel.

Then, we will be in touch via email with a link for you to sign up to a video call meeting. This will be a super relaxed conversation where we’ll simply talk about what you want to get out of the scene.

How The Shoot Works

After the meeting, we will get to work crafting your scene(s) and planning the shoot. Once you have received your first draft of the scene(s), we will also propose some potential shoot dates. Please feel free to email us back with any comments / alterations you’d like for the scene. We want you to be 100% happy with the script!

When the filming dates have been confirmed, and the script has been revised… then it is time to shoot!

What Happens Next?

Once the filming has wrapped, we will get to the edit. We aim to get the scene(s) back to you within 2 weeks after filming, however, factoring in schedule, be aware it may take slightly longer. Once you have received the first edit, similar to the script, feel free to email us with any notes, alterations or comments, and we will do our best to include them.
